Take a look at Tap Plastics website under Fiberglass. You'll find a variety of fabrics that I think will meet your needs. You can buy it online.

The material with the red stripe is a nylon material called "Peel ply".
Ask for it at any supplier of fiberglass and composites.

That sure does not look like peel ply to me. It looks like regular fiberglass cloth with some red threads in it (don't know why). It could be Kevlar if the color is off (Kevlar is normally quite yellow).

Normally Plain weave Kevlar is used in skin hinges, Check with Aerospace composites, or Composite Structures Technology (CST). Good Luck.

That is not peel ply. It appears to be fiberglass with witness strands so you can see the positon of the weave patterns in between multipe layers.

Sorry of this seems a bit off of the main question in this thread .. but I can't stop wondering why a piece of unwetted glass cloth, or peel ply, or whatever .... was inside a comp-arf (or any other) wing.

THE MATERIAL I POSTED WAS PEELED OF THE HINGE POINT OF A COMP ARF WING AND THE SAME MATERIAL WAS ALSO IN THE RUDDER OF ANOTHER MANUFACTURER KIT.
