Default BVM EVF unit

Guys

Just had in my EVF unit destined for my Electra.
Good looking unit that I'm looking forward to flying once I'm over the WJM next week.
I'm going for the 12s set up as it looks like the best option. Comments anyone?

Dave,
To each his own.. I have ordered the 10SP1 system. One minute less flying time, but less weight. My experience with high power electrics has been to keep the weight down as much as possible. According to David Shulman at BVM, 90% of the sales have been the 10SP1 system.

Dave,
I'd go with the 12S setup as the current draw is alot easier on the batteries and it does yield a longer (slightly) flight time.

Get yourself 2 of the FMA BalancePro chargers with the new 6S charge cables and you have a great charge setup for $200 USD.

Thanks guys

Bob..yes I went with the longer flight time, I'll use Thunderpower packs which are normally lighter than the opposition.
I have a few hundred Graupner chargers in stock plus two TP 1010 chargers so I'm fixed on that.
I have several 10s helicopters and a couple of 10s aeroplanes so big cell charging is second nature
