Dennis it will be worth the wait.

I have just made a mod to the nose gear so it cannot turn round. This is done with 2 hardened tempered pins and filing a v shape on the locating yoke. This seems to work ok.

Yes the probe came with it but I did not fit it because I could see it would be the first thing I would knock off!

They are the throws both up and down from centre ie elevator is 30mm up and 30mm down on full rate and 20mm up and 20mm down on dual rate.

Hi all,

For anyone that may be interested:
I have received word today from the factory that the advanced version of the F-16 is done.
Just a little adjustments left on the scale gear and they hope to have it available by the end of April.
The cockpit kit is also done now.
They plan on promoting it for 1-2 months with free cockpit kit, missiles, and underwing drop tanks.
Price will be $1665.00
Information will be updated and posted on the web site when available.

Another subject was also discussed about having the Tiger Meet scheme painted in yellow instead of orange.
They are considering it and if there is enough interest I believe that they will do it.

who told you they had external drop tanks for the advanced 1/8 version ?

This is the reply I got to my email asking about the drop tanks (this morning):

Hi Sir:

We do not have external tanks for F-16 1/8 Advanced Version. We will post the missiles on our website just these two days. We are also designing the F-16 1/6 scale which would be come with external tanks. F-18F will come with external tanks too.

Best regards,

EAGLEJET,LLC

it does come with a 3rd fuel tank tho

looks like they are working on a 1/6 version as well cool

Hi,

Here is a copy of the email that I received:

The advanced version of F-16 is almost ready. We only adjust a little bit on retracts to be more scale and reality. We will post information on our website soon. The cockpit is ready now. We will promote it 1-2 months with free cockpit, missiles and underwing drop tanks. The price of the Advanced version of F-16 will be $1665
We might have it before end of April, I will inform you if any news comes with it. I will inform you when the yellow Tiger Meet is available. We might have this color soon, but I am not sure exactly. I will let you know when it is ready.

Best regards,

I think nearly every question that could be asked has been asked and answered in this thread, including this one, if you start at this post http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=7287862
it verifies what the thrust angle should be, 0 degrees

I got a new one with no reply for the time being.....when will the big F18F be released?

Regds

I am missing the bits from nose which are on the online manual item 97. Was it that they included these later on? Are they necessary or are getting along easily without them?

Hi Guys,

Just anounced in the FEJ website - the F16 in the Israeli desert camo color scheme.
I have chosen this for a local dealer who has placed an order for few of them. I hope you like it as well I think it is one of the best schemes out there...

The FEJ guys are very minded to special requests and I apreiate this very much in them.
My F16 will fly in 10 days or so, flight vid coming soon (including onboard camera....)

Cheers,
Ziv

Nice scheme Ziv, how about suggesting them to do it on the F15 as well?
