Just an FYI, I make all my own as well and generally buy wire from Dave @ radical RC but I have a hunch he gets all his servo lead stuff from Azarr..............Guy has his hands into everything.............
I had my local electronics supply house find me servo wire and found out that high flex wire of 30 to 36 strand count was REALLY too much to buy in bulk. Like hundreds of dollars. So this is a long awaited thread I'm bookmarking links for sure.
For lite weight servo wire I use the wire from chorded mouses available all summer long at your local yard sales.
