Default RE: Problem contacting Great Northern Models

As a retired business owner, there is no excuse for not dealing with customers. The customer is reason the business is in existence. No matter, answer the phone, e-mail, or what ever. I would get out of bed at three in the morning for any of my clients. There is ALWAYS time for customer contact, no matter what. If one makes the choice to have a business that requires customer service, then one should be prepared to service the customer 24/7. I retired at the age of 40 because I took care of customers and spent many off hours doing so. You might remember, the "service station", vacuum, oil check, sweep out the car, check the tires, and a big "THANK YOU". Think 'bout it.

Jim, Teebox,
I agree with you. I also have a company in Rome, Italy and from the first day of business we never left a client without answers or help for more than some hours. Sometimes we have also lost time and money in solving a problem for a client but nobody can say we are not reliable. Of course this means a big effort but year by year this way of work pay more of any advertisment.

I think that at the end off all is a little bit more important to be reliable than good in your job (of course you must also be good...) expecially today when all is running very fast.

Besides I've left my VISA credit card number to GNM and this silence don't let me feel safe. I think I'm going to contact VISA to explain the problem.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FULL OF PLANES AND SAFETY LANDINGS TO ALL!!!

Alessandro

Customer Service goes a long ways with who gets my business, Tam at TamJets and Todd at Dreamworks defiantly have a handle on it, if they have what I'm looking for i don't shop elsewhere even at a lower price.
