Default PMP Tuned Pipe O-Ring?

I run a old PMP tuned pipe in my TGA F-15 with a OS 91. It has the stock OS exhaust manifold and I don't remember what the type and number the O0rings are for it. Does anyone who might still run one or had one know what O-rings I need for it?

Thanks
Jim

I always used Viton #116 orings, part number 9464K29 at mcmaster.com, $8.03 for 50. As I recall, I used 2 on the OS header.

Yes they are Viton, but they are "D" rings as opposed to "O" rings

No
They are not D rings, they are O rings.
2 on a standard OS header.

The original seals that came with the OS header were wide and flat, maybe "D" shaped. They're a bit pricey to replace so I used 2 of the Viton o-rings as replacements. Sometimes it helped to clean up the slot on the header with a needle file as the casting left some flash. The fit with the o-rings can be really tight, depending on the pipe, so you may have to lube the o-rings a little to get the pipe on.

The PMP pipe was designed to do just that.
It used a standard OS manifold and 2 viton o rings.
( I know cos i designed it)

Sorry i misunderstood the question with regards to the pipe being used, I wrongly thought that all the pipes would use the standard OS "D" ring on the standard OS exhaust stub

Hi Paul,

I used always your PMP pipe and O ring system now I am flying a Spectre ( look my last post here ) and broke the two PMP pipe I had, where can I found these pipe plus the 2 black O ring , the bumper ring , the expoxy part that fit between the manifold and the pipe, also I never found exactly where you attach the pipe with the big O ring at the end of the pipe or at the middle near the balance point ?

I also have a weston uk inox short pipe but need the O ring ( they are smaller than those needed on your pipe )

thank you Paul ( if you are Paul Gray the maker of these nice and good pipes )

Daniel
