I used Futaba 9202s and JR 4721s on mine years ago. Worked great. But nowadays, with so many fancy digital servos to choose from, any standard high quality digital Multiplex, Hitec, JR, or Futaba servo should work great. See my recent torque testing described in the thread entitled "Multiplex servo question Profi MC V2". The Hitecs were most impressive!

I use four JR 9411 servos. Not problems at all!

Do you think four HITEC 645 are OK for the ailerons( 77Ncm each?)

Probably enough, but I'd go with more power. Not worth the risk.

Default Roo servos

What engine are you using? If you are using a 12 pound thrust engine, you can get away with a little less torque. For the larger engines definitly go with something like the 8411 for the elevons.

I'm using 4131's, four of them and just standard 15.00 servos on the rudders. I went with a 4131 on the nose steering as I really like to have steering authority. That puts me at about 180 onces of torque on each side, that's a bit more than the 155 ounces of the 8411's they are using on single servo per side on previous versions of the roo. Is your's the composite version or the earlier?
