Advice/ ideas please
I need to have a connection between my UAT and wing tanks.
It needs to be quick disconnect and ideally seal at both ends, but allow flow in both directions.
Any ideas?

What you are looking for is commonally called a dry break. Here in the US Beswick makes a small one that they refer to as a double shut off.
Check www.beswick.com and go to quick disconnects.

I have been using those quick disconnects for years.
They are available for several sizes of hose, with many different types of hose connections, and constructed out of either nylon or delrin. They can also be ordered as non-sealing, but I think the standard configuration is for both male and female sides to seal when disconnected.
Get the Delrin body with Viton O-rings.
I use them for fueling, and as quick disconnects in the fuel system (came in really handy on the ME-262).
I buy them from a company called Cole-Parmer.
