This brings up a subject I have yet to get an answer on. Can the owner update the software running the 12X? Can the software running the 12X be updated? i.e. corrections made, features changed as users find the need...enhancements, even if it needs to be returned to the service shop?

I ended up just swapping the AUX6 and AUX5 servos. I could program the left slider to AUX5 but not to AUX6. Weird, hopefully they will straighten some stuff out.

Ian,
Not sure if this was your issue but apparently the 12X will only let you assign certain channels to certain switches. For example, the left and right sliders are only available to 2 or 3 of the aux channels (can't remember exactly which ones). It's a little bit annoying and you basically have to mix and match the aux channels with the switches available to each one. Too bad every switch is not available to every channel, it would make programing a lot easier.

Hey Ian,
Here is what you do.
Same as the 10X.
Inhibit both Aux 6 and Aux 3.
Go to a Program Mix and activate.
Mix is set up as Aux3 - Aux 6. Aux 3 is the master and what channel you want the servo to work from. Aux 6 is where the servo is plugged into.
Set your values and you are good. Check the mix monitor and Aux 6 should move when you are moving the Aux 3 lever.
Call me if you need help.

Thanks for the info John. I ended up just swapping AUX5 and AUX6 responsibilities, not a big deal really. Would you suggested fix still work if I am using every channel in the receiver?
