this is a good read

My buddy John VH had a BVM sabre with a fury paint job on it and it was awesome to watch.

I think for Sabre enthusiasts such as myself, as well as the awesome looks of the Sabre, the history of the Sabre is unbeatable by any jet.

the stab on the fury doesn't have dihedral
also I think there is a bit of difference in the nose intake area and a longer nose gear as well.

Looks like the FJ-2 had dihedral in the tail. Perhaps the FJ-3 or FJ-4 had no dihedral. It also looks like the FJ-4 has a ridge back on it as well, not sure if the 3 has that too though.

yes, it looked unreal... anyway, everything went well and I am sure some people wouldn´t even noticed it during the airshow..don´t know the facts, but looks as it was not declared emergency at landing.

The F-86F and FJ-2 Fury are comparable, same airplane except for canopy(slightly taller in FJ-2) and folding wings.
FJ-3 Fury has totally different airframe, larger intake for the bigger J-65 engine, not comparable to F-86H that have J-73 instead.
Fj-4 is not comparable to any other sabre, deeper fuselage and larger wings, although engine was J-65.
Personally I think that FJ-4 should be a very good subject for a turbine RC jet.
