Kind of reminds me of the first taxi tests I did at our flying field. The next day you could trace my path all over the runway and into the pits.

LOL, Been there, done that. Still do that. Problem is, last time it was an old engine in a new airframe and a hot start... AND the Girlfriend was standing there watching the whole thing.
The good news is that even though it has takes a month or so, the grass has grown back and the patch is now invisible. WHEW
