Anybody ever converted or seen a DF version of the force one.... its a great flying plane... Nice nose high landings consistently which is characteristic of jet aircraft... i'd love to build one that looks more like a jet without the big prop to deal with and also this would help to make it more streamline and faster i would imagine .

Mine isn't D/F, but it's got an Enya .40, APC pusher prop, AND RETRACTS!!!!!!

The mains go up towards the tips, and the nose gear retracts back. All mechanicals - Dubro I think- (will check...). Ive seen one go with the same engine built to plans. Might be a good contender for a turbine trainer. Will try and get some pics -gotta borrow a digi cam.

The guy that designed it flys one "club" over from us. I saw the prototype fly back in the early eighties at a demo in Burlington Ontario. We used to have a mini-Toledo at this local arena. Really miss that...

Anyway, this thing just screamed! He slowed it down into the wind until it hovered, then punched it and it took off! Bought the plans off him the next week.

You can check out what a turbine Enforcer looks like in my photo gallery. It is an old kit with the funny looking canopy but the rest looks the same as the new kit. First flown in may 1997 and still going strong. It is a great flying bird. Never flown a prop or DF Enforcer but I bet it's a good jet trainer.

Hello Gentlemen, this is not specific to the forceone but to it's pusher design.

I looked around in the shop and found most of what i needed to build a "Zaggi on Steroids" 96 inch wingspan with glow engine
I am almost done and was in the middle of installing the the fuel tank myself stuck.



How is it designed on the Force One? is the tank installed in the same orientation as a puller(normal) prop? opening of tank facing the front of the plane with clunk towards the back?

To keep the fuel lines short i want to mount the gas tank in backwards but this means during a serious climb or nose up on a low fuel level tank it might lean out.

If anyone can take a quick picture of their set up or sideview of plans i would appreciate it. Or direct me to a website or picture that is already out there somewhere on the internet
