Flying an Avonds F-104 which is very difficult to see because of paint job. Thinking about a white strobe light on bottom of fuse for orientation. Any ideas about possiblle interference with rx or ECU from the discharge of the strobe light? Also who makes a good light? Thanks.

If you are here in US, give Mr. Paul Hopkins a call at (407) 654-1133.

I spoke to him yesterday, and he was very nice on the phone, and he gave me detailed information.

Paint Job or 49 year old eyes looking at an airplane with no wings? Use a flair on each wingtip!

Ok guys I get the picture, I'll just show at Austin with Coke bottles taped to my eyes. No 104 for there though as I cant get it slowed down enough to keep it on the runway after landing. If I get a few minutes to work I will have my new Avonds Rafale with a Ram 500. Major Mike wont be there as he is on his way to Germany and a new Air Force assignment. His goal is to scope out new European kits to send back to us. Hope to see the Miss. gang at AUS.
