Default Unknown air fitting - anyone know what this is?

I have a Global Jet Club (Jet Legend) F16 1/8 scale. It has a type of air fill fitting that I cannot figure out what mates to it.

It is threaded female and is smaller than the std fitting that is on my Robart pump.

Any help would be suggested.

Will a 3mm air tube force into the hole to accomadate filling, just like the BVM units?

Looks like this one? www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp

I might have a mate that will work but consider changing it out. I seem to remember they leak after little use. Might be due to the way it is so easy for debris to get into the area then become lodged in the valve?

Did you try contacting Global Jet Club or Jet Legend directly?

I emailed the guy I got the F-16 from and hadn't heard back - I was going to try Global Jet Club today. I tried just shoving the 3mm tube in there and when I start pumping it just comes out. It slides in easily.

I think Xwing might be right that it could easily get clogged so I think I might just replace with something else.

You have to hold the tube in whilst you are pumping, as you do with the BVM valves, if you have sufficient dirt hanging around inside you airframe that you are worried about an air fill valve, just think of all that dirt going into your turbine.
