Default Thermocouple extension

Can you use a normal extension lead on the temp probe?

I would like to have my ECU for my Wren 54 in the cockpit area, but i know in full sized aircraft you have to be extremely careful with any extensions/modifications to the leads of a thermocouple as this can have an effect on their readings.

Thanks

dave

Default RE: Thermocouple extension

Dave,
A reasonable length standard extension will work just fine. No worries Mate!
