I find my self in need of a Hotspot clear canopy. I purchased two from Carlos in Spain the last time. I would prefer to buy them from somebody in or near the US but will certainly do business with him again of need be.

I have in home my 3th Hotspot, is a second hand model, I will test in flight and them I will make a new scheme color ! Of course, I will install my 3L tank. Has Eurokit LG. :( I will try make a soft landing. In short more photos. |

This modification makes the plane look a lot different, but it also doesnt give any better flight characteritic.. The biggest issue in doing this is as the surface area must be bigger than a single standard hotspot fin, the construction should be very rigid and also the anchor point in the fuselage should be reinforced, As the standard twin fins of the HS are not prone to fluttering and are very practical I didnt seen this mod many times since.

That looks very cool... Nice job!
I use to think it was valuable to make the top and bottom surfaces visibly different, but on this jet the fins are very distinctive for following its orientation in the air. Kelly |

Hi Zack, I would cover with 25gr/m2 glass fiber , with 160N you not will have problem, but you will need 3L kero, sure !!!
