Hello David S:
Congratulate for your succesful firsf flight. Would you help me with some close photos of nose & main struts and weight the ground loads of these three struts( put a scale under every wheel when full tank)? This will help me fine tune the spring rate, damper oil amount and gas pressure of nose & main struts.

cheap !!!?, 5,000 for some fiberglass and composite. the only reason they're getting that price is becuase people are willing to pay that kind of money for 100.00 worth of stuff.i think it's crazy !!

I wanted one,,,, for me I just need to get over all the stuff that went down with the reps,,,,, some day I will get one. I love the
F-4 its one of my Favorites. The models look awesome and I am glad they fly well. And good Lord there are enough paint schemes for all :D

ok , now that your done beating me to justify your jet budget,let's talk . ok...... I'm a disabled person
on a some what fixed budget so I try to buy within my means ,not my wants. I don't think a statement
like watch form the car park is fair or called for.like everyone I look for the "best deals" . I
understand the expense that R&D can cost and that some manufactures spend more than others.I've
been watching the "jet Scene" for over a year now and come to learn what a rip off SOME of it is.
my point? well take skymaster for example... "this is the story I got from 2 dealers" one company
was making jets for skymaster ,the two had a falling out , the company making jets for skymaster
took SM's molds and started making their own kits with someone else's molds. no R&D just thievery
then turn around and sell them for the same price. now they're all fighting for the good old American
dollar. it's gotten so bad that I heard some planes were being sold before any test flights were made.
that's what I call greed piled on poor quality. a friend of mine bought a jet legends t-45 and then
was told not to fly it because the wing was way to small and made the plane unstable. would you buy
one of those? let's talk about UAT tanks... I know just what each of those parts in a tank costs
and it doesn't add up to 65.00 friends. your getting screwed. so this is my point some things I our
hobby are well worth the money like engines and radios. one last thing... take a SM f-18c last year
that kit was about 1,700 with nothing ,now you can buy it for 1,00-1,400 for everything/ that's the
huge profit margin they have. then to charge 600.00 shipping? my point is if you have that kind
of money to throw away ,more power to you. but don't criticize me "because i share my opinions" until you've walked a mile in my
moccasins

I really did not want to get into this but seeing you addressed me, here is my "OPINION"

I'm glad you posted in your last post about being "disabled" because after reading your estimate of this F-4 complete kit for $100 parts cost, I did not have to think about "what" your disability is.

Let me ask you something - Do you think you are the only disabled person in this world? Does I or anyone in this hobby owes you something? What kind of person are you that when someone has an "opinion" about your obviously disallusioned estimate, you come in talking about your disability?

Now let me in on a little secret - Not everyone is born with $$ to burn. A lot of people work very hard to earn and live comfrtable. If they decide they want to spend their hard earned money on a hobby or some other means of enjoyment, who are you to come crying your blues. Did anyone come making fun of your planes or hobby? Next time you are in the mood to "air your dirty laundry" think about a lot of other unfortunate peolple who don't even have what you have.

There is nothing wrong with looking above as long as you remember what is below! Be thankful of what you have and let go of your hatred or jealousy of what you don't have.

Did you know that the material value of a modern day car is about 300$? I feel ripped off buying cars for so much money.....
Heck, i guess i should pay a visit to my metal dealer and just carve one from steel blocks myself...that should save me some money.


My point is: if you're not willing to pay then go do it yourself. I'm into jets for almost 4 years now, and i have never ever bought a kit. I've bought old used stuff and rebuilt it, or came up with my own set of molds. Turbines are all homebuilt.
Time invested x dollars invested = constant. Got no dollars? Sit on your butt and invest time. Got no time? Spend dollars. Thats how it works, not only in this hobby....

you got issues pal i see you can't make passed a typo. typical person with 'puter muscles . talk **** on the computer but is a ***** face to face.

i'm very happy with what i have . and i'm certaily not jelous of anyone. i don't need a 10,000 dollar jet to feel good about myself and i certaily don't need anyone owing me anything. i'm happy with who i am. i don't need to put other people down to feel good about myself either . i have something you may never have peace in my heart. i hope putting down disabled people makes you a better man. and just so you know. i can afford better jets . i choose not to waste my money on them .

Rafael,

The Rhino is rated at 36lbs of thrust, the Titan, I belive is rated at 35lbs. I don't think anyone can tell the difference between 1 lb more or less. Should fly it fine.
