Mark,
I just popped in a tape from Florida Jets 2001 and there you were with the Isobar!
I will see if I can make a copy of an original flight, before it was modified into the Glascat, and also the first Glascat prototype, and send it to you. Please give me your address. I will also see if I can get it done locally first. The first "proof of concept" flight was done in Colorado in 1989, with an aircraft modified from the Model Airplane News F-14 plans, changed into a mid-engine pusher. The second flight was the prototype Glascat flown just north of Spokane, Washington by John Hicks, a local Spokane flyer. An interesting bit of trivia: The lady using the video camera on the first flight in Colorado was a Flight Instructor at Jeffco Airport, where I worked in the tower, and her dad was a United 747 captain. She now flys for Airborne Express, and about three years after the video was made I walked into the breakroom at Felts Field tower in Spokane, and one of the controller's nephews was in there watching a porn flick and she was in it!! She never would tell me why she got a divorce from her first husband, but apparently that was the reason. She did tell me she "went to Florida and did something stupid", and the porn was done in a Florida condo. I just left a message at her number in Colorado that my design is being seriously considered by Playboy, so I should hear from her pretty soon. Last time I talked to her she had a week on and a week off, so she might be out flying. And no, the last time her and I had dinner in Seattle about three and a half years ago I didn't mention anything about the porn.
This is why I don't loan out my condo in Florida anymore. I had to burn the sheets and pillows.

And they did not even send me a copy of the video.

Because video porn is a closed shop...it's run by a few large video distributors who can make their own product, or source it from their same old reliable sources, and they really are not interested in buying something from some schmoo in New Jersey. Help him start a website and distribute it himself, Woj!

Yes...aviation oriented porn. What a great idea. Preferably with plenty of plot and drama and such. Just what people want.

Buzz Aldrin was not in that video. It was Buzz Balzin. And Crank Tiano.

I wish my plane was advanced as his. I am not in this guys league to be honest with you.
I don’t know anyone who has been in a porn..
I have never talked to Hef or anyone else about building a full size of any of my planes..
I don’t have any pubes so getting them in my epoxy has not been a problem..
I am unable to think of ways to help NASA..
I haven't had a raise ever... so no need to call a lawer.
I know when I am beat…

All I have is one busted up old plane and a few pieces of plywood..

Mark,
Got your address and I'll get it out to you ASAP. Unfortunately I didn't think quickly enough to pay the nephew for the porn, so I don't have a copy. Wish I did. Can't remember the name of it either. Maybe someone in the porn industry would recognize a description. Guy walks along the beach and picks up a good looking redhead sunbathing and they go into the condo..... His uncle is now the tower manager at Fairbanks Alaska, so maybe I can track it down. Might be kinda awkward, though. "Hey Kevin, could you check with your nephew and see if he still has the porn he was watching in the breakroom at Felts?" I dunno.

You misread it. I was talking about the first proof of concept aircraft, which design was modified into the Glascat.

Does anybody know who is making the CAI kits now?

Maybe the bestest post EVER!

You do have one thing on your side...you have a really, really cool beer mug made from a turbine housing. Even Tracy ain't got that.

PS you MIGHT know a porn star or two...many of us use stage names...

RE: Glascat

Todd,
If you know anyone in the area who can improve on internal structures, I can send you the shells and the internal parts and let them have at it. Otherwise, at the same time I will be making the necessary changes to beef up the structure for turbine flight, and we'll see who comes up with the better ideas. Whoever finishes the airplane so that it performs well with a turbine and looks nice will be able to sell it and at least double their money. Someone could buy four of five sets of shells and internal parts and build them all and then double their money. I would do it myself but I would rather concentrate on getting as many out to people as possible so they can show others the finished product. That way, when you or your buddies come up with the better way to do something we can incorporate it into the kits, and you can become the exclusive distributor for future products.

Tracy

RE: Glascat

Aren't you afraid of people copying your work? If you send it to Todd, it's a sure thing that he will send it to the Far East to be cloned by the thousands. Maybe better to wait until the Playboy money comes in, then you can buy out the BVM factory and set up shop there?

Tracy ,

PM me your phone #... I was speaking today to Hef's personal assistant, and he wants to discuss some things with you ... I believe he also would like to have a few tv and radio personalities start interviewing you about the BunnyJet (as we here at Playboy have been calling as of late)

best regards,

Wojtek

I certainly thought about having Anton produce this kit at Skymaster, everyone is wanting them to produce a sport jet badly but, the risk of JL cloning it is far too great for me to consider having it produced in china. Now, I could produce it here in our factory, less the pubes of course, there certainly seems to be a high demand for it. Of course, then where talking BVM pricing, we do have mouths to feed, workers comp and benifts to pay.
Tracy, why dont you send me a kit for inspection. I just scored a UAV contract, this airframe may be exactly what DARPA is looking for. Way better than the design I submitted! Any chance a Herbrandson will fit on it? Can we manage to fit 16 gallons of fuel in it?
Todd
