It is usually the holiday weekend in May, this year I think it is 29 and 30 May.

Just off the press , dates for 2004, May 29 & 30 same place as 2003.
He is trying to have overnight parking.

I was just checking the distance from Sacramento to Madras and it looks like a good 10 to 12 hrs. drive. mmmmmmmmmmmm may be, if I get a JHH hawk by then it will be a go for sure, with this event it will be event # 2 for this year, I'm trying to attend all the local or regional events.

# 1. April - Best of the west. LA, Ca. No go. Will use that money to get the Hawk instead.
2. April - Golden Coast new jet event in Rose Ville, CA ( Sacramento, CA ). 20 mim. away
home. Yeah baby!!!
3. May - Madras, OR. 12-14 hrs drive it's a go for now.
4. July - Idaho. New jet event in Idaho near Boise. 12-14 hrs drive it's a go for now.
5. October- Sacramento, CA. Jet event at home field in the Sacramento area 20 mim. away.
6. November- Phoenix, AZ. 14-16 hrs drive it's a go for now.

Got to go, got to go, got to go.

Don't forget "Jets Over Whidbey" in August (27, 28, 29th). It's straight up I-5 for 12-14 hours. If you add Princton, BC, Canada "Jet and Scale Flyin" in Sept (17, 18, 19th) which is about 20 hours from Sacramento, then you have almost all the Jet Meets in the Pacific NW. Montana Jets which normally happens the first week in Aug is on hold this year. That's pretty much one a month for our neck of the woods.

Hey, hey, That is the filler event of the gap between July and October heck why not, lets add another event to go to. Jets Over Whidbay in August, another 14-26 hrs. drive. ( I hope my van can take it, it has 175,000 miles by now. )Oh what the jeck, what's another 30,000 for this year.
