well the closest on-road track I know of is the TORC (www.torontorc.com) wich I thought only had Indoor carpet racing but I talked tho them and they said that they also have an onroad outdoor track that can run nitro. A offroad track is the Xtreme Hobbies track. It is indoors but they you can still run nitro.
