I have the old maxx with the .15 engine. It has been upgraded to a stinger 360 degree exhaust system by mip. Every time i run it, it is so loud that it hurts my ears when it is close by. What is the quietest exhaust pipe that i can get that is a universal pipe so i can still use it if i by the new picco .21 med. block engine for my maxx in the future.

hahahahahhaa u sya ur maxx is loud and u want a .21 boy get a onroad car with a .12 in it if you dont want it to b loud

If it hurts that bad I reccomend you change it. When your 40 and your ears ring all the time (like mine) you won't remember the fun you had w/ the truck.

I would rebuild the engine.
It sounds like it needs a good rebuilding!

ya but i was wanting to know if a cvec pipe out the side is quieter than a stinger out the back and by how much

The stinger is a pretty dang quit pipe.
I havent heard a quieter pipe. I dont know much about the cvec pipe though!

I have a Paris pipe on my Sirio and it is REALLY quiet.

The 360 stinger pipe is one of the loudest pipes I know of. Dynamite makes some good 2 chamber pipes that are very quiet.
