RE: I need help NOW...Im fed up with this
alright. i am setting the needles to factory settings for break-in. i am a little confused about the low speed needle. it says to turn 3 times from fully closed. what is fully closed? all the way to the right? or all the way to the left? when i turn to the right all the way, the carb is open. even when i turn out 3 times. this cant be right. can someone help me?

Never a pest...........you see the screw (LSN) goes inside a brass tube thing........thats the housing.
Turn out that screw untill the end is flat with the brass tube bit then turn it in 1 turn.

take a flat something, eg piece of metal and put it across the housing, the needle is "flush"when there is no gap between the metal and the LSN needle, but the needle is not above teh line of teh housing, if this makes sence
flush--- level with...
flush--- level with...

Jeez, nasty problem...
The only thing i can think of that could be causing such a problem is the carb. I'm not talking settings, becaust even with an un-tuned engine fuel should still enter the carb when the engine is primed.
IMO the problem MUST be a blockage in the carb, most likely where the fuel tubing connects to the carb. Could be dirt, gummed fuel or anything.
My advice would be to remove the carb from the engine, remove the air filter and somehow pressurise the inside of the carb. Put a finger over the air intake on the carb (where the filter sits) and blow HARD into the carb from the part that usually sits in the engine block. The pressure should force any mud etc out. If this does'nt work try flushing the carb out with fuel, same method as before, just dont drink the fuel. [:'(]
Good luck

AHA! i found the problem! and i fixed it! it was all in the pressure line! i cut the end that is connected to the muffler by a couple milimeters so that the streched part would be gone. now it fits nice and snug. THEN i cut the other end of the pressure line the same way. nice and snug again. i tried priming it. i put the roto in it and spun it. i saw the fuel vibrate and it didnt move. i got mad. but a second after i stopped the roto start, the fuel shot through the fuel line all the way to the carb! problem fixed! i am so happy right now. that was my biggest problem. it shouldnt have a problem starting now that i can get the frikin fuel to the engine. its 25 degrees here now, so im gonna wait until tommorrow for that 45 degree weather to start her up . i put a some after-run oil in the engine and called it a day. THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED!!!!!
