All i know is my that the my nemesis will murder any truck around...I raced against savage,t-max,traxxes etc. and killed them all i even race cars one was the shaumacker and murdered that to the nememis top speed with the 3 speed trans and diff lock and other minor mods is incredible!!!

well at the track there was a 4.1 savage stock and my lst2 stock and in a strait line (on the dirt track mind you) i beat him and not by much. i have to say these days a stock truck is very comparable to each other it really comes down to the driver. and the nemesis with the 3 speed isnt much faster than the lst2, if anything they are the same.

A .32 = 3.5 + horsepower according to almos every r/c engine manuffacture.... so a .46 can produce 5hp... isnt too much off.... unless of course, the entire r/c industry is lying
2 engine dyno can have up to .5 hp difference on a .12 engine... so on a .46 engine, margin is up to 2hp...

I don't know how much hp it is but all i know is that it's got to be a lot more hp than just about every body i raced with. You would think with the nemesis weighing 14lbs that other trucks weighing a lot lighter would be it easy but that's not the case at all it's just the opposite. So far it seems that i'm always out the gate with the lead and they just can't seem to catch me with that strong top end of my nememis. So 14lbs and all doesn't seem to hender this truck at all because the massive engine on this thing could pull ten nemesises around like a feather!! The only thing that would make having a nemesis better would be is all the local hobby shops carried there parts..but you don't need parts often. They only part that iv'e replaced so far has been pinion gears and iv'e had my truck for about 7 months or more.

the fastest truck i have is the xtm excellerator and the nemesis and the lst2 are very comparible out of the box . even with the 3 speed in the nemesis its not that much faster( which i also have installed). so it realy comes down to price, the lst2 at a main you can get for 570, and the nemesis for 560. persolally i have fun with the nemesis but i would buy the lst2 again.i also have the genesis and i think after i finish installing the mtm brake system it will be retired with the rest of the trucks untill i can break the lst2.

I raced a gen once and it was no contest, it was like a dump truck verses a baja truck, needless to say it didn't cause me any problesm, i didn't lap it but 5 more minets and i could have cought up to it. What killed it is that it came out of the turns so slow, and jumped like it weighed 20 pounds.

dudes the EK-4 is nuts (Version2) i had that truck like 6 months ago but i totalled it[
] anyways the TT .70 engine is just crazy it propels the EK-4 to nearly 65mph with the two speed thats no BS anyone that owns one or driven one will tell you. how else do you think i trashed it
and the converted heli clutch is the key to putting all that torque to ground, as of now iam trying to stuff the .70 into my savage with the heli clutch[>:]

Does the Any have any pictures of the EK-4 i don't recall what this truck looks like. Also yesterday i finally clocked my nemesis with a gps and clocked it at 45 mph exactly. It seems a lot faster because it gets to 45 really quick. I'm now trying to find ways to make it a little lighter to get more speed..

Horsepower isn't the issue when you talk about pulling things. I really have a hard time believing that anyone pulled any 1:1 car with an RC that weighs less than 20 pounds, Regardless of torque and horsepower... There is just no way to put that power to the ground. Tie whatever 1/8th scale or less MT you want to a stripped down civic chassis with no engine or interior, and it is just going to sit and spin. An RC that weighs less than 20 pounds simply cannot put the power to the ground to pull anything that weighs that much. Now small children in a wagon on a very flat/smooth surface is a bit more believable. It's not about horsepower or torque, its about tires managing to produce enough friction between themselves and the ground to overcome the massive inertia of a parked car. Suggesting that you can pull a civic on level ground with a little RC is just plain silly.

They guys with the 55mph+ monster trucks that go 20 minutes on a tank and pull fullsize cars, that have not required any needle adjustments or maintenance never seem to have any video or photographic evidence, weird how that is.

Again, just plain silly...
Maybe on a slight downhill slope (slight enough that the car doesn't roll on its own, but severe enough that it would only take a little nudge to break its inertia, with a 40 MPH wind blowing the right direction), but on a level surface with no other outside help that TNX would just sit and spin till it melted the tires off of it.
