Old Truck-Need to know name for Parts
Hey everyone. I am new to this group, but had some questions about what kind of truck this was. I know it is between 10-15 years old, truck is made by kyosho, has a manual speed controller, has futaba radio system, has an old futaba am reciever (fp-r102je 75mh) also has kyosho super stock motor, 2 wheel drive, tires say kyosho bridgestone on them. Take a look at these pictures and see if you recognize them, and where I might be able to get parts. If you have any ideas just shoot me an email to [email protected]

Not sure, but I'd say either a Big Brute, Big Boss, or Double Dare. Your best bet on finding parts is keeping an eye on ebay. Kyosho doesn't make parts for them any longer. Also check with some local hobby shops. Sometimes they have boxes stuck away with old stuff they haven't been able to sell.
Edit: Looks like the Big Brute from these pictures

RE: Old Truck-Need to know name for Parts
It's a Big Brute. I had one of those when they first came out. Mine seemed to have brittle plastic compared to the Tamiyas of the day, I broke a lot of parts on it before I gave up on it. Unfortunately, ebay and/or the r/c for sale fora are about your only options for parts these days. I went through several shock towers and body mounts, and that stupid red plastic tie bar for the steering, so be careful with those areas.
