you could probly fit a marine head in place of a truck head or would it be better to just get a marine engine because i dont know much about the power on them and if it would be a better engine than i have right now

wow a lot of desput on that forum but if you had a rad thats a good size and had a fan blowing on it i wouldnt doubt if it worked and water is a much better way to cool things anyway

watercooling on our vehicles is a novel idea.. lemme go into a bit more detail here..
boats use watercooling .. they do so by picking up fresh water from there lake pond river ect.. and running it through the head.. then passing it BACK into the tributary
this poses a problem here.... on a 1-1 vehicle we use a thermostat.. for the purpose of SLOWING the water down to keep the waters temp at bay and allow it to cool the engine better by drawing away more heat .. if you remove the thermostat from your 1-1 car.. it will start to overheat because the water isnt in the radiator long enough.... the system shown above doesnt do that.. its using a fairly high speed pump thats going to cycle the water at a rate that it wont be in the radiator long enough to cool it off.. to work effectively youll need to slow the pump.. or create that check point for the water to be in the radiator long enough to actually cool it off
if this could be accomplished and a high speed system that would create the check point for a few seconds at a time to allow the water to properly cool off before returning to the head then it could work great.. but then we run into the issues of cartwheels.. frontal impacts and such.. and a metal radiator
so again back to square one.. our engines are best suited with an oversized cooling head to keep the temps at bay.. unless your using the vehicle for a pure show piece.. its just not worthwhile

thanks ya i like the bigger engines because they dobnt have to rev so high to make power and they sound better i think

That is exactly the reason I like larger engines too. I heard a .90" four-stroke through a homemade muffler and exhaust pipe, and it sounded very realistic.

Take this advice from a long time CEN customer.DO NOT BUY THAT ENGINE.not only that engine but all CEN engines have a tendency to overheat.I dont care what anyone else says, their customer service is not that GREAT.I send them back a new motor, under warranty for overhaeting issues and they refused to replace.Tried to make me look stupid.
