Hey,
I just took my 2.5 t-maxx out and it took forever to finally get the engine started.. i have the needle at about 3 turns out and havnt messed with any other adjustment screws.. so i took off down the road and on the way back as i gave it gas the engine almost shut off. it sounded like it wasnt getting enough fuel or u know how ur engine sounds right before it dies from no fuel.. thast what it sounded like.. and in the whole 5 minutes i drove it.. i came back to my house and now i cant get it started.. got any suggestions? thanks
and one more question.. why is it that if i go thru a half a tank of gas and then shut my engine off.. i cant seem to ever get it started up right away.. i always have to put fuel in the carb to get it started.. and sometimes it still doesnt start.. thanks guys

when its about to run out of gas it should rev high cause its getting less fuel and thus leaning itself out. try to prevent that.
when you come in for a pit stop and try to fire it back up and it wont fire, maybe your too lean and thus the engine is too hot.
and on the part where you have to put fuel in the carb to start it, i have a traxxas with a trx on it and my problem was with the plunger on the gas tank.
i dont knwo if thats your problem, but if your not getting fuel into the carb and you have to drip it in there it might just be caused by that.
you can take the plunger out and the just cover the tip of the exhaust and turn the engine over to get the fuel up into the carb.
just pull the plunger partout and cut it off with some heavy duty dykes and the open the cap and pull out the rest of the pieces. then put a screw in the hole from the plunger.

hsn 4turns out.....lsn set flush with inner body...it sounds to me that you are simply way to lean on the hsn..richin at least 1/2 turn before you do damage to the engine..
