how do i put on a new motor

Take the old one out, put the new one in.

how do wire it up without a esc or do i need one

this is a nikko f-150 this is my project that im making all my other trucks are of the hook this is kinda of difficult

Just down put a motor in it with low turns and is it the 540 size motor?
