Have you raked the forks forward? I haven't read this whole thread through, but I had the same issue & by raking the forks further forward I got rid of it. There should be a screw to unwind onthe stearing stock that will do the trick. if it only does it on acceleration or braking there are some other things you can try. I used to have a document that I downloaded with all the tricks on setting up a bike. I'll see if I can find it for you.

put the rake out to max, it looks a little steep in the pic. Add a small amount of diff grease inside the fork legs to help with damping.

Thanks for the info, Will try *****g out the rake as much as i can. Guess Im going to be taking apart the forks in the near future..............

They just unscrew and there only a spring inside bottom, add a finger nail worth of grease and it stop it from pattering and help the rebound over the bumps.

Once again, Thanks for the info. I probably would have filled er up with grease. The forks are the only thing Iv left alone so far, Cant wait to get home in a week or so and start on it again. Too bad its still a long wait to run it again[&o]
