Default Jato rebuild. WARNING Newbie questions!

I have recently aquired a Jato 3.3. I got it from an ebay auction. 65 dollars for a roller, I thought I'd roll the dice.. It came in this week and it apears to be 80 percent there.. It needs an engine and radio reciever. And its what I'd consider to be sandbox condition. So now I'm in the planning stage. I would love input on things you'd recomend doing to it to make it a decent truck.. I am thinking of using a dynamite mach 2 .19t, as I hear that they are an easy tune and decent in the reliable collum. It has alloy arms, but I will prob swap them with RPM arms.. Not in a big hurry and need to keep the budget around $250.. But we all know how budget builds go..
