46u i have a question for you

O'donel is ur brand of choice correct? i too think they are good. but i have noticed they have 2 blends right? sport and racing? or is it r2r and race lends

ive read both but cannot find a difference

another thing whats ur opposititon on switching nitro %'s

example i ue 20% traxxas in my 4-tec but would like to go to 33%. would u think a simple tuning could adjust it?

Most fuel manufactures have more then one blend and most are RTR, Sports, Basher, then you have Race and Pro. The RTR, Sports or Basher blends are HIGH oil content. This is way some pages back I asked you what blend of O’Donnell you ran. I like the Race blend but will not run the RTR as I will not run a high oil content fuel and is why I will not run Traxxas. O’Donnell and if I am not mistake Traxxas and some others do not publish oil content. From experience I can run a fuel and in less the half a tank tell if it is high oil content.

When running high nitro content you have to make sure you run the correct glow plug, and correct amount of head shims. If you get this wrong you will severely decrease the life of your engine. Personally right now I am happy with 20% nitro content but if I ever get in to sanction racing will more then likely run 30% content. All so the 20% is cheaper.

ok so if the engine looks like this one the prop can pop off and i can use it with my mt2

i not try to be dumb i just dont know these things yet
That piece just slips off and if you get the one with the standard shaft it will fit. Do not get the one with the short shaft.

maybe you have lost 4wd. if the rear of your mt2 fishtails maybe your front diff has gone. i had mine running on the grass today it was wet and i run the dirt bonz. they were fine. ill post the video later.

ORIGINAL: nitro-is-deadly

does any 1 have a problem with gripping grass with their mt2???
like i went to the park and theres a huge field!
im going about half throttle and the trucks kinda slipping side to side
then i punch it and the back end fishtails
keep in mind this is the sticky compound dirt bonz!! and they cant grip grass at full throttle!!! all they do is cut the grass(throws all the grass in the air like a mower)

any 1 else have dis problem..i think its a good problem tho a sign of power

well when i lift it off the ground all 4 wheels spin but mind you there is no pressure.

so to test the diffs just hold for example the right fronmt wheel and spin the back right wheel?

if it slipps easy its bad diffs if it doesnt then wat the hell

i understand that every 1 has their own opinions and in mine traxxas,AE,and hpi make some of the best nitro cars on the maket

1-the savage from hpi..damn near indestructible
2-tmaxx- not the best but very nice truck
3-revo ---need to say more?
4-rc10gt's--one of the most simplest but durable trucks..great racers
5-NTC3--great on-road racers durable quality

lets not forget about ofna--leader in buggys duh?

Is it the stock T 15? If so yes it will work but none of the OS plugs are the correct plug as OS plugs are shorter then any of the others and in my opinion should only be run and OS engines. The OS A3 is a hot plug and you might be better off with the OS #8. What do you have in it now?

I do not know about there on road vehicles but as far as off road Traxxas is a good truck if you replace the radio system, engine, and all the A arms with RPM before running. I would like to have a Revo if they made it in a kit with out the engine and radio system but I am not going to pay that much just to replace half of it.
