Default NEED HELP WITH ENGINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just rebuilt my engine.... First time Everything seemed fine and I tried to start it.
It Idled fine unlike before the rebuild when It went at full speed at idle.
But anyhoo It idled for 2 to 3 secs. then it would die. Now I try to start it and It doesnt start at all.[X(]

did you line up the exhaust orts in the sleeve with the exhaust hole in the crankcase?? in all my stupidity i myself have done this. Did you replace the wrist pin and those itty bitty clips??

did you take the low and high needles back to the stock positions??? thats where you should start it from.

i meant exhaust ports(ya know the holes in the sleeve??) and did you line them up with the exhuast opening in the crankcase (where the header goes) i know its common, sense. There is a wristpin that connects the piston to the conrod, you might need to replace that, but it sounds like you just need to put your needles back to break in specs, and break it in.

then how did you rebiuld the engine then?? j/k the conrod is the shaft in the motor, that connect to the crankshaft (the big shiny rod!) you may not need to replace it unless it cracked or siezed, (just the bearing then).
