I use my GT for bashing, since I've got all RPM parts on it. But, I still race it sometimes.
The losi is better on hard-packed tracks and the GT is better on softer tracks, and thats a fact. BTW-Tebo just won the Roar nats, so it is still an awsome race truck. Plus, it's hella durable.
HPIDUDE: If the Nitro Mt2 and Mini-t are the only cars you got, NO ONE HERE CARES WHAT YOU GOT TO SAY!!!

I'm a newb, and bought a GT FT doing my own research. It is one hell of a truck. I hopped up the front and rear suspension arms and rear shock tower with RPM parts and now it is almost bullet proof (notice I said almost). I also added a RPM receiver box. If I was going to get an associated it would be the FT. I would not get the RTR if you are looking at bashing. The RTR is ok for a beginner, but definately needs to be hopped up some in order to take a beating. Just my $.02.

Snyperx: The RTR is more durable the the FT because the FT use graphite parts, which break instead of flexing. A RTR with Ti turnbuckles is one of the most durable trucks you can get...

HPIDUDE:No, credbility is based on when you talk about the cars you actually have!!! Just to let you know, I'm an ex-sponsered driver, so you would rather sand a bobcat's ass in a phone booth then screw with me kid...

Well This is my second gt I finish this project this week, and my bad luck is,.... I have problems with the clutch, it slip too much causing heat on the bell and then melted spur...so I will buy another MIP clutch may be will have better luck. Any of you guys have this problem when using Masher 2000?..... but anyway the time the clutch work well it's was a great amazing run with this tires.

MT-12 rotary carb
15/66 gear
masher 2000
servo traxxas 2055 high torque

my mashers run great.
Here is a pic of my Racing GT next to my Basher GT.

My basher GT runs by swaping the electronics and engines from my racing gt...i really need to give the bashers its own stuff...

Dont worry, the mod/admins will be here shortly to clean up the mess.
