Hey guys. I was just wondering what you guys thought of handheld bump starters (with rubber donuts attached) as an alternative to a pull start system.
I was looking at this one:

What do y'all think?

Well... not really.. it runs on a lead calcium battery (they had suggested hobbico 7ah on that page) so its DC 12volts
You just buy a battery charger for it and it works like a starter box without the box (or so i assume, as i have never tried either of them)
Looks pretty portable to me.
Maybe i should buy one....

If you have a real car, then get one of the handhelds and the donut; that's it.
If you are young get the unit with the 12V battery that goes "under" the button.
That dount costs like 5 bucks and the hand starter will be worth it... No more starting issues and it's fast and easy.

hmm... yea... it sounds like a good idea....
just to double check... will this work with my nitro evader st? The flywheel does not come down below the chassis, however its very close to the slit, so i think it will fit. Does anyone use one on their nitro evader?

NICE!
Does amsterdamn use his a lot? Is it worth the money?
one more thing.... with that big donut on it, can you still set it on the ground and put your car on top of it? Or will that donut scrape?
