Default radio question? evader rx.

sorry if i'm repeating myself, i asked a similar question that i can't seem to find the post. maybe another forum??

if you have an FM tx, 75mhz, on channel 69
can you can use a reciever in the truck that is AM, 75mhz, channel 69?

i just bought a 3PM tx, and i'm putting the supplied rx in my new truck. i would like to go get a crystal so i can use it for the evader's am 75mhz.

can it be done?

Maybe you'll get away with it, but don't count on it.

On channel 70 my JR XS3 interfered with my buddies Nitro Evader on channel 70. It was undrivable. My radio saw no interference however.
