Default which engine to make a missile? (no cossie)

hello,

i have a rush evo and im lookin for a new engine for it.

i know os make a direct replacement (engine mouts i know about) but it is too little power? (4 me i think)

The .18 will drink alot more fuel than what you are used to, but it'll give you the power you want.

lol no cossie my ass, it claims 28000rpm but will only do about 26000rpm most likley

1.8 hp according to RCCA.

WAY more than double your stock engine's output. just use the $8 engine mounts that HPI makes for aftermarket engines..i'll try to find a link

depends on how much grip its got and what surface and how hard you push it, as more grip will put more strain added with the extra hp will wear components out faster

tyres would be worn quickly as well as ovious things like slipper clutch pads,gears......

wat about driveshafts and bearings?

bearings should be fine as most are balanced upto 100,000rpm, and try for some stronger steel driveshafts

i just got a new hyper21 engine i am having problems with my clutch have went through two sets of clutch shoes both have melted . where can i get a good diagram of clutches thanks

Actually that's a nice smooth power curve. Should be a powerful, but easy to tame engine.

if the Rush was your first nitro...you'll be VERY surprised at how tough it is compared to other stadium trucks.
