you can try to cut a slot in it with a dremel and get it with a flat screwdriver or grind the head off of it(if it is a button head screw) and remove it with channel locks. use thread lock next time too.

Also, if you are using one of the little bent allen wrenchs, get a hardened steel one. It will probably take that stripped screw out.

that happened to me. except i cant get a flathead in it because the screws to small and there isnt any spot because its stripped to the side of the screw due to an easy out. i still have my engine on my old chassis. i took everything off that i wanted. i still dont know what to do with the engine and the chassis.

is it the bolt that the engine mount bolts to or does it hold the engine to the engine mount. if it holds the mount to the chassis you could possibly cut the mount really close to the chassis. if its the one holding the engine to the mount you could cut the mount away from the engine. either way the mount would be destroyed but the engine would come off.

Drill the head of the screw off with a 5/32" bit to get it to come through the chassis, then maybe you can get ahold of it w/vicegrips.
Be careful to only drill the screw head, and not the chassis hole itself.
5/32" bit is only a guide, it doesn't have to be 5/32"...It just has to be as thick as the shaft of the screw, so you can get the head to seperate.
