Hey guys I just got done building a custom exhaust for my trx 2.5R and its really really loud. Hey I am 16 and when i say its loud its loud. It has a whole lot more torque off the line and during midrange power, I havent had time to top it out yet but i am trying to make a mount for it right now, so i dont fell safe winding it out yet without a mount.I am going to take some pictures of it and post them on.

Unfortunately 2 stroke engines dont suck fuel, they use exhaust pressure to push fuel into a carb. If u have no exhaust then engine would die at higher rpm (not enough fuel)

All I know from my experience: I've had my pressure line fuel tubing fall off a few times, and it makes a big difference. It acts like the motor is leaned out a BUNCH - the motor runs a LOT faster.

i cant find it lol but this is what it says pretty much
some motors this works great on and some its like ehhe but when you remove the line and seal it up(use a little screw plug it in the tubeing at the pipe and put tubing on pipe and thats done ) and just put a breather tube on were the pressure line should be (i suggest outing a fuel filter on the line so its sucking cleaner air and if grit wont end up in your tank) re tune your carb and its fine. you will have to richen it up a little more to composite for the loss pressure but it will still suck the same amount. what you get from this is..
your power band will be more linearly aka go up at a more stable slope. instead of on some motors geting that little lag around low-mid range it will stay at a constant power. and your top range will stay the same. were u benefit from this mod is the low-mid range and it is more powerful. witch can be bad for offroad but its worth a try and its not like its something you cant swap back if it dosnt work for yea... and NO it wont stall out just need to re tune it for the loss of presure but it wont be damageing if tuned right

Well I got a whole lot more power. I can wheelie going 30mph and my rear shocks are worn ou and y car still pops a wheelie. I ran my car again today and i had my dad said i can run it out in front of my house becuase its to loud, becuase he can hear it from inside the house like he is right next to it.

But if it works, I guess that's better.
