im thinking of selling my evader. it doesnt fit my needs. it looks like its gonna break whenever i jump it. i already have a potential buyer. im looking into the nitro rustler. i went over to a friends house and looked at his rustler. it looked felt like it was really durable. and he told me he abused it big time. he jumped over cars, landed badly most of the time, 50mph fast. i just dont want to put in too much money into it. my evader was good for the first few times when i first ran it back in november. but now, its starting to look like its not going to be durable. so im selling it for about $200 dollars.

speedy.

deal=good
crap he told u=no no
rusty's are durable to a certain point, i have one and i have never jumped it to high because of its weak bulkheads and shock towers. if you want to jump it you will have to buy rpm a-arms all around and a few extra shock towers. then its fine, oh and shock suck[:'(]

yeah, im gonna do that. an evader is a racer, i dont race. even if i wanted to but no organizations here and no track. a rustler is more durable than the evader when it comes to bashing. so yeah. im getting a rustler after selling my evader. now i have two potential buyers.

no, an evader is a cheap ass version of an old losi copy, not a racer at all.

he's right. the evader is not a racer. The xxx-nt and the gt are racers. The evader is a basher for a beginner IMO.

the evader is a good car to get anyone started into nitro rc. i had a rustler and i hated it. it was durable, i never broke anyting one it but it handles way worse than the evader.

yeah but i want one that is durable, fast, and can jump without me worrying about it breaking. im gonna sell my evader and use the money to buy a rustler. i dont plan to race so dont start bragging about your cars. note where im from. in a remote part of alaska where theres no local hobby shop, the nearest is about 300 miles away, and few people here have rc trucks, and they're all stupid. well, im going to get the rustler, electric and nitro to bash with. note the last sentacne "to bash with". ok.

I only bash the evader and it doesn't suck. I barely brake anything and when I do, it's 'cause of my stupidity. Just to save you trouble, everyone says there are some very weak points and it can't turn. My friend has one and it's down more than the evader which gets at least 4 tanks a day off a 4ft ramp at a 60* angle.

the jato is the one with the 2 speed tranny.
and also, about the rustler. my friend owns one, and he hates it. hes had horrible luck with the engine and he cant even drive for half a tank without the thing falling apart on him. he once took a 2 foot jump perfectly, and broke a shock tower. on top of that screws back out and the thing just seems to fall apart every time he runs. hes selling it for something better.

I was thinking of his t-maxx with the 2 speed, sorry. He's a traxxas fanatic. The rustler being down is right though. Get an mt for some real bashing, not another st.

i already have a savage x to heavyily bash. i want a durable st to lightly bash and for high speeds. the evader just isnt working for me as an st. what st would you recommend that is durable, fast, and would handle jumps without you worrying it would break.

well first off this never happend to me in my 6 years opf owning a rustler, tell him any screew that screws into metal to use loctite. any screw that screws into plastic and it doesnt tighten because it's stripped, take a wooden match stick it in there break it off and screw the screw in

It's CVEC's adjustable dual chamber pipe, works well and is an improvement, but it isn't worth $60.
