it all depends on the slop in your steering linkags and your transmitter turning. Generally if you want to go fast and straight toe the wheels out just a little bit (3 degrees max) conversly if you want to do cornering toe in up to 3 degrees. then while running straight adjust your steering center point on your radio

You might also spin each wheel one at a time. One wheel may be too tight or have bearing issues. I would also check the rear for binding on one side or diff issues. Look for broken parts as well. I had this problem once, but I do not remember what the silly issue was. It was something binding or broke, not steering adjustment.
