No do not use starting fluid. Take the glow plug out and place your glow igniter on it and see if the glow plug ignites. If not then you either have a bad glow plug or you have a dead glow plug igniter battery. If they both work then try priming the engine. When trying to start it up place your fimger over the exhaust stinger and try and start it till ytou can phisically see fuel go through the fuel line. You shgould be able to see it, then just take your finger off and try and start it. Get back if these do not work

Little more information would help to help you. Is the truck new, have you ever had it started, is the fuel good, are you priming it, does the glow plug have fuel on it when you take it out. Is it a RTR what engine and yes check glow plug and the glow plug igniter?

Exactly...have you changed needle settings, has the engine been out, have pressure/fuel line connections been crossed, are pressure or fuel lines kinked, is it equipped with a fuel filter, is the fuel filter plugged.....????????
Gotta ask the most questions you can 125cc......, if you're ever gonna learn to help someone... You can't ASSume the person asking the original question has vast experience or resources.... that's already helped you destroy one guys' engine, hasn't it?

2-1/2 counter clockwise on the high end and flush with the collar on the low end should get you in a good spot, you may need to lean it out a little from there.
