Default Nitro Rush Evo

Hey guys this will be my first nitro truck. I got the truck off of ebay it is in pretty rough condition but for the price i couldnt refuse, also it will make me a good winter project. I have a couple questions concerning this truck, are there certain parts that i should be worried about and stock up on ( I no it is discontinued) Also i have a Dynamite Mach .15 engine that i will put in her. Is this a better engine then the stock T-15? Also i would love to run it in the snow, what should i do to protect my servos? Also i was thinking of buying these tires which should help with the traction.

Also how do you keep running temps up in the winter?Im guessing you insulate your engine some how (i have heard of a cotton sock being used).

The engine is barely used and i got it cheap so i guess i could always use it as a back up if the one that comes with the truck is blown

Thanks for the help alex

Just about anything is better then the T15. I suggest you get some middle gears for the transmission and some spur gears. To get temperatures up in real cold weather wrap the head in aluminum foil.

yeah any think is better than the t-15, the t-15 is a b**** to tune and doesn't hold a tune very well. Ive got one in my mt2 [&o] and do not like it, its been running fine now that the cold weather is hear but I'm trying to get hold of a o.s .18cv-rx for the summer time

Looks like upgraded turnbuckles but the pic is not zoomed in enough to see all.

Hard to tell what all is aluminum but if it was mine I would be changing it back to the stock stuff for more then one reason. Been through the aluminum craze and I am over it, will never go there again.
