What do you mean it won't turn? The servo isn't turning or the engine isn't turning over?

i think he means the carb wont turn. like its got stuck. how long have you left the engine without running it? and do you burn all of the fuel out of the engine at the end of the day. if you put some drops of after-run oil down the carb, leave it for 10-20mins then try turn the carb. it should unstick.

Sounds like to me you do not have the idle adjustment screw installed properly. The idle adjustment screw goes in to a slot and keeps the throttle barrel from coming out. If not in the slot will lock down on the barrel and will not let it turn.

to me it looks like your spur gear is rubbing on the cup coming out of the differential and wont let it move.

Does it turn with the linkage off? If not I assure you it is the idle adjustment screw as I had the same problem one time. Loosen up the idle adjustment screw and see what happens.
