hi all!!
gave my lightning pro a good once over yesterday by taking most of it apart and cleaning and putting a few drops of after run in the engine thinking i wasnt going to run it. got from work this evenin and decided i wanted a backyard bash so went to start it and it would start with a blip of the throttle and would then die instantly!!! the only way it stays on is with quite a bit of throttle and then it starts to move.
i am fairly new to nitro cars and yes i did break on the engine properly but im not so sure now as to what to do!!
any help asap is greatly recieved!! thanks!!

it sounds like ur running it to rich! after you broke the engine in did you tune it? do this it sounds like ur engine is getting to much fuel and cant ignite causing a stall/turn off
do you know what the high speed needle is?
turn it clockwise 1/4 a turn untill the engine runs right and isnt overheating
or do the same for your low speed needle if this doesnt improve it.
ALSO could be ur glow plug..try changing ur glow plug b4 u try to set the needles
