Oliver thats pretty good that you can beat a stock Jato 3.3 with a moded rc10. Anyone can always be faster than the next but stock for stock you just cant beat a Jato. All he has to do is get an os 21 and there is no beating him. You would have to go to a big block .26 or bigger to even get close. Dont get me wrong Im not knocking your car but moded against stock just is not a fair deal.

Well, my friend begged me to let her try driving my Baja 5B - so I did, and she drove it at a good 40mph into a metal pole. It was a tragic impact, bits flying and it was rather loud. Turns out all that really broke was a steering turnbuckle and the inner beadlock. The arms, suspension, and everything else is totally fine, just a simple $30 fix. That car really amazes me at how much abuse it can take. This time I was sure the A-arm and steering servo would have been destroyed.
Also, I was driving my wheely king 4x4 on the beach (one of my favorite pastimes) and managed to get a rusty fishing hook in the tire :/

I though the first thing people did when buying any Traxxas vehicle was buy a set of RPM A arms!

Anyway, it was more me than my GT2 broken... The GT2 got some nice new upgrade that came in from Tower (FT blue titanium turnbuckles FTW! RPM front bumper, front chassis plate and front sub-chassis). It was finally fixed after over a month of running it with a broken front end... Epoxy, CA, and zip-ties are to congratulate for keeping it together for that long!
My B4 also got a nice Integy aluminum rear chassis plate!
But for me, my GT2's engine is out of commission... Port & Polish got bad, so I'll be out for a little while... Until then, I can stuff my electronics in my Hornet or Rock Buster or something...

RE: What did you break this weekend?
not this wekend; but a couple weekends ago; i ran my moded nitro stampede at full speed ;but of corse i didn't have the room so i tried to brake and turn but the front wheel got stuck and the truck fliped; thankfully i only broke the wheely bar and striped a spur gear;and bend my muffler; so i had to buy new muffler tips and gear; didn't bother to buy another wheely bar. it was fun though!!!!

Well its not a beach you're supposed to hang out at, its more like an abandoned waterfront that happens to have some sand on it :P

RE: What did you break this weekend?
my jato withstood the weekend, the rc10gt hit a cub and the wheel flew off, i lost 2 bearing and the nut, no biggie, my mutilator bent the rear dogbone, the one from the center diff to the rear diff.
