it is becaue is so rich, turn up the idle screw, or adjust the throttle trim on the radio...the ez start problem sounds like your battery is the culprit

that should work, its what i use, and i get a decent amount of starts with a cheap wall charger....if you have a glo starter, use that instead of the blue ez start cord....you will get a ton more starts then..
as for the throttle trim, turn it all the way up, then cut it back slowly until it is enough to run, but not roll forward

i charge my battery but no matter what i do it doesnt seem like enough it doesnt even start up my car to clean the motor. it seems like the battery is burnd out or somthing and when i was breaking it in it would rev the motor at 1/4 throttle but it wouldnt move i would have to pull it to 1/2 throttle to move it, what do i do for that and what the hell is wrong with this thing lol its brand new.

whats up with my ez start it lights up both lights but nothing happens i think its the battery cause my car started fine at first before my battery was possibly over charged. my dad charged it so much that it was almost to hot to hold and thats a BIG no no. so what do you all think should i get a new battery?.
Also how many starts do you all usually get out of your ez starts? just out of curiosity. and how many miliamps can the ez start handel i had 1500 but that seems like crap. -.-

You probably built up memory on the battery...and overcharged it...To lengthen the life of the battery...always fully discharge the battery before recharging.....With my friends 4-tec...we got probably 15 starts or so on one charge of the battery while using a separate glow igniter.

i tried it this morning and she just started up as nothing happend i think the battery had time to relax over night also with my problem of the rustler not moving at 1/4 throttle would that be the low speed needle that i need to adjust and do i need to lean or richen the mixture cause i have alot of exaust fumes coming out when she starts up.

IF you got raw fuel spitting out when you give it throttle...then your high speed needle is too rich....At 1/4 throttle..is the engine revving up and its not moving or is it just like bogging down?

it revs up when i do 1/4 throttle
oh and i was adjusting the throttle trim thinking maybe it was that and then it died. (so any info on where i should set it would be great)
also left is richen and right is lean am i correct also what does it sound like i need to do with it lean it right?
and just so im clear lean means add air and richen means less air more fuel am i right?

as it should, but its very sluggish..right?...and it takes a little bit more than what you would think to get it moving.....its just part of breaking it in....very sluggish.......but do not lean it out, it moght run a little better, but will not have enough lubrication.......
what type of plug are you running

i read my trouble shooting in my manual and it says that the fuel mixture is probably to rich so should i lean the mixture and thats to the right (clock wise) am i correct?
