Default RC10GT2 problem, please help.

Ok guys, kinda new around here. I recently got a GT2 and have had it about a month and love it. Today, I have a major problem though. The truck was running well but now when I give it throttle it just sits there or creeps ahead very slowly and I can hear something grinding very badly. If I lift the rear end off the ground and give it throttle it spins the wheels like normal. Do any of you guys know what that could be and how I could fix it? I checked my slipper clutch and it seems to be fine, the clutch bell and spur gear spin well when I give it throttle. I need help, was gonna race on in a couple of days and would like to get this figured out.

yea, diff gears..there stripped but not bad..what has happend is when you have it on the ground the diff gears are stripped just enough to grind and slip because its on the ground and having pressure to take off...when you lift it up the prssure comes off the wheels and the diff gears will grip but there stripped...like $7.00..
