GT2 carb question

Default GT2 carb question

well i was looking at my gt2 and noticed when i gave the car full throttle (not running just the controler and car batts. on) the carb did not open all the way my dad said he thought this was normally to prevent engine damage

i just watched that video for the first time and it is worse than i thought but if you think you can help me i can get a better video

First of all are you using the stock radio? If you are there is an adjustment knob (THR ATV- HI) the one on the upper left that controls the servo travel distance. If you are using anotherradio there should be the same type of adjustment, otherwise look at your servo arms and horns to make sure you're getting the right travel. Hope this helps.

first of all did you take out the carb restrictor and then tweek with the settings on the remote two say throttle activity make shure bolth are turned all the way to the right
