that problem my friend is with your low speed needle.i'm not fully sure on the setting for the screw but it should tell you in the manual or have another member tell you on rcu.i had the same problem once

no its not. not if he is going full speed and it chokes thats the HSN. and if its cutting out at high speed you should turn 1/8 turn counter clockwise and if its bogging at idle when you pull gas all the way then it is your LSN and that can be fixed by turning LSN 1/8 turn clockwise or counter clockwise depending on if it is bogging or stalling or what you just gotta be able to tell the difference between lean bog and a rich bog.
