Default HELP PLEASE

I have a nitro evader, with a horzins cooling head. After about 1 min of use(doesnt matter the rpm) it shuts off. It has fuel in the line and in the tank, clean air filter everything seems to be right. The only thing that i could see wrong , is the gas tank has a slow leek. I dont know if that matters thought. It also doesn't run that well if i lean it out or richen it up. I also shortened the fuel line, and it doesnt matter. My ignitor is charged and everything is right(I think)!!!!!!!!! THanks

If your fuel tank has a leak it will not hold continues pressure from the muffler causing it to lean out and die [&o]

Correct - ignore the other person's engine comment. Your problem is the tank. Air leak = pressure leak = not enough fuel to the carb, as rclynx said.

ignore the other person's engine comment? what the hell!! I had a similar problem and that's why I'm giving my experience as a comment to "help" I too had a broken gas tank but my car ran good except for the leak that made a mess inside the car, and for the air leak he could go for it any way, It wont cost him a dime to chek it out.
oh! next time you make a comment like that try to help, comment on your owned and not repeating others people comment like the one that rclynx made [>:].

Instead of buying a new motor, you may want to just get a new piston kit for it. its alot cheaper, and may very well be the issue you're having. So a rebuild will probably fix it. If you pull the engine over and it turns over easily, its probably worn out. There should be some distinctive resistance and a nice pop every revolution.

Wow short life, I consider anything under 4 gallons to be in its prime. I would go on to say getting 7 gallons out of a motor is pretty normal if broken in right and treated correctly. I usually get more than even 7.
