what would win........

The most experienced driver would win. Your equipment alone will not help you win. An overpowered model with squirrely attributes that is uncontrollable in the heat of the moment will help you loose a race.

By FAR, the XXX-NT will win. Face it, the rustler is a 15 year old design, outdated..... The XXX-NT is a racer deisng and would handle and jump far better than the rustler and be easier to drive fast on a track.

Well if it was a drag race the rustler will smoke it if you know how to control your trigger finger! But xxx-nt will kill that thing on a track
I have both so i know

Depends how long the drag would be....The XXX-NT will be off the line faster, but if its a long stretch the Rustler's speed will overtake it.

The speed different isnt much. My mach .15RE went about 47mph, geared right. Rustler goes about 50, geared right. MIP clutch really makes a difference. usa, do you have the blue head mach 15 or the black head? Black is more powerful, thats what I have.

I just bash with RC10GT, usually by myself, but I had a occasion to run XXXnt that was set up by competitive driver. My RC10GT would blow the doors off the XXXnt in a straight line, but for handling jumps and cornering and all around driveability on the track, there was no contest. He got my control, I got his....I blew his doors off with his own truck.
That being said and making the general comparison between the RC10gt and a Rustler running against a XXXNT.....I would choose the XXXnt.

Your post is kind of confusing to read. So in a striaght line, GT wins? But on a track, both drivers, NT wins. Correct?

LOL Yes that's the general idea. It was late last night when I wrote that and my brain and my fingers weren't working in tandem.

What I was trying to say is that the set up of the car has a lot to do with how it runs out on the track.

] And the MIP clutch makes a HUGE difference!
